So, this is my first every web diary entry, bare with me because I am not entirely sure how to write one of these but I am trying. I spent hours building this website so I have to figure it out lol.
Today has been incredibly busy. Its mothers day so I went and saw my mom, we had some snacks and watched Practical Magic . Its such a good movie but the third act alwas makes me a bit confused by the major tonal shift it takes from a kind of spooky but generally warm and romantic movie to just kind of creepy but also downright bizarre. Sandra Bullock is amazing as Sally Owens, this movie has such a specific place in my heart as a part of my childhood.
Then after I got home I spent several more hours working on Hyacinth Grove, it still has much to finish but it is coming along nicely. I keep havin this problem where some of the blinky links on my links keep routing to my spotify profile even though they shouldnt and the code is correct. I really cannot figure it out. I dont know if its because of my use of blinkies? If so I will be so sad because I actually really enjoy the blinkies, they are probably my favorite part of this entire indieweb or vintage web blog thingy ma bob.
After several hours of working on my website I sat down and did my Saturday Rituals (yes I know today is Sunday, I got caught up making this website yesterday and forgot lol). All my spirits are fed, happy and with candles lit. I am also continuing to use this special incense (which I will not be telling you) that one of my mentors gave me that is meant to grant you visions or messages from the spirits through your dreams. I have used it a couple times before and it has been successful, now I just need more information on the last two dreams it gave me. Spirits love speaking in half answers and half code so it can be a bit difficult sometimes to fully gain understanding of what they have to say. Although often times you wont understand the message until it is time for it to make sense, that personally happens a lot. I will see or have divined events months in advance and just not prepared for them and then when it happens I am just like "fuck I saw this coming why didn't I do anything to fix this before it happened", so I guess you should always ask for clarification and pay very careful attention to what the spirits have to say.
Anyways, thats all I have for this entry so, yeah lol
